And so people understand that this is just one type of approach for lowering LPA and that there are a lot of other approaches out there that we're looking at.

So pellocarsin is an antisense oligonucleotide.

It's delivered on a monthly basis.

It impacts basically the creation, translation, creation of the protein ApoA.

ApoA is a a tail on LpA, and by doing this, it decreases LpA levels.

I should mention, I think, what LpA is.

So maybe expand on that a little bit more.

So tell us about what the guidelines say about lipoprotein A.

So I'm happy to hear you say that a lot of cardiologists are measuring that because that to me means you've spoken to a lot of people who are measuring it.

The reality is that in the United States, only about 5% of the population has had LpA studied, checked.

So we've definitely under-checked.

And so what is LpA? LpA, or lipoprotein small a, is like a very small LDL particle with a little tail on it called ApoA.

And it is a triple threat.

It increases the risk of the development of atherosclerosis.

A- are you just bummed out all the time?

No.

Occasionally, but most of the time, no.

And part of it is just because at a certain point, it, it just becomes a job, right? On, on a day-to-day basis, my focus is not on the emotional gravity of what I'm doing, it's on the, darn it, I have like 30 emails that I need to reply to, and I have this deadline coming up, and I have this deadline that passed last week and I still haven't done it, and they're mad at me, and, you know, things like that.
