And you're kind of wondering, well, like, how do you end up a community outreach manager? Well, I'm in the tech world.

And like you said, Michael, I worked with you and Lauren at Set Solutions and then through Trace3.

Then it was at Trace3 where going from a small org to a big, I just kind of felt again, like, I don't know if this is what I meant to do or I'm feeling kind of lost.

And funny enough, that an organization I've been a recipient of, we supported at Trace3 and it kind of sparked that emotional pull for me of like, I don't think this is right.

And so I ended up working for them for a couple of years, decided to get my master's in nonprofit leadership.

And then you guys reached out at the right time of just being like, hey, We want you, we want you to run this thing.

I know you know about it from being at Set Solutions.

And it just was one of those true fate, perfect overlap of my career experience to be able to understand uniquely both sides of it.
