And on Zog Hacker News and that paper we read about delegating email encryption to gateways and about Google keeping same domain type data, right? All of that and Android 17 rolling out ECH support, that was the most popular episode.

Session is an open-source public key-based secure messaging application which uses a set of decentralized storage servers and an onion routing protocol to send NN encrypted messages with minimal exposure of user metadata.

Now, that's what's most important like from an abstract, it's like, oh, well, it's NN encrypted, it uses Tor, it uses onion routing or rather it uses some of the uh some of the concepts that tor uses um and uh the whole point of it is that it doesn't expose it protects against metadata leakage it does this while providing the common features expected of mainstream messaging applications such as multi-device syncing offline inboxes and voice and video calling yeah because if if you're building a messenger Like, those are features that people just automatically assume they have.
