And speaking of the bullpen, that's where we might see some chaos tonight, with Andres Munoz listed as day-to-day and Bryce Matthews also day-to-day, who is managing those late innings.

Cooper Criswell and Ser Anthony Dominguez are in the mix, but are they ready for high-leverage spots?

That's the question.

The issue for the Mariners has really been the bullpen.

It's a lot of names, but none of them are fresh.

Taylor Sikato, José Fermín, Ryan Watson all give you a scoreless inning, and Logan Gilbert, two runs allowed in six innings, taken deep by Josh Lowe, his 12th home run of the season.

Seranthony Domínguez, Gabe Speier, they both give you a scoreless inning, but by then the damage had been done.

And let's talk about the bullpen again.

With Andres Munoz potentially needing rest or being used sparingly, who steps in? Ser Anthony Dominguez? Edouard Bazzardo? Cooper Criswell? The reliability factor is gone.

If the starters don't go deep, the relievers are walking a tightrope.

Raleigh and Pereda are doing a great job, but the real test is the bullpen management.

If Muñoz is shaky, who comes in? Seranthony Domínguez? José Ferrer? Carlos Vargas? The manager has to make the right call in the seventh inning, not the ninth when it's too late.

That's the frustration of last night.

The lead was there, then it slipped away.

But for the Seattle Mariners, they are 29th in bullpen ERA in the same span.

Like, Seranthony Dominguez is not the answer in the Seattle Mariners' bullpen.
