This means splitting critical tasks between multiple people so no single person can abuse power.

For example, one person approves a payment, another executes it.

Think about the 2016 Bangladesh bank heist.

Attackers tried to steal nearly $1 billion via fraudulent SWIFT transactions.

Why did some transfers fail? Because banks enforce separation of duties.

Approval and execution are handled by different roles.
