And it's signed by Dr. Deming-

These are the fourteen points.

He called it...

On it, it says the Fourteen Obligations of man- of Top Management.

But just surprised possession I have that I have on my wall with his signature on it.

Talk to me about the team.

I always say to investors when you talk to me, you've got to buy the team, you've got to buy the story, the business plan initially, but then you've got to buy the management team's ability to execute on the strategy to deliver that business plan.

And if they can articulate that in a way that you understand, if they articulate that in a way that you believe, and they...

And do it in a way which is simple to understand.

We've delivered four of those.

We've got two more to go.

If a management team can do that, they're investable to me, right? Your team, you kind of beefed it up.

I met some of the guys on site, which was really interesting to see, obviously, where they come from, but more importantly, what you have tasked them with doing, which is driving those efficiencies.

And I think even he was, when he wrote, when the final edition of The World of W. Edwards Deming came out, the lecture to top management, actually that was a lecture which he gave to the statisticians and engineers.

To top management, there were two instances.

One was July 1950, where he spoke to 20 people, or 21 out of the 40 people who were invited.

And then there was another one in August 1950.
