Seneca Valley School District

But that definitely got onto people's radar.

And then, you know, their second week game against Seneca Valley, a game I think they probably would've won, uh, as well, that gets postponed because of weather.

The following week they beat up on, uh, you know, a Bethel Park team that has some talent.

They defeat the defending 5A champs the week after that in Peters Township.

Who's actually better? Um, and to me, this is like one of the more exciting match...

We can't get Butler Seneca Valley this year, and who knows when that's gonna come back.

I've never seen those match-ups, and you guys have told me some stories.

But this is cool to me.

Oh.

Seneca Valley or Slippery Rock, Butler, Knock and North Catholic.

Okay, I think, uh, North Catholic's gonna have the best record.

Yep.

So Freeport boys obviously off to a great start this year.

The Freeport girls, defending WPIAL champions, they're doing well.

We also know other strong programs in our, our county, Seneca Valley and Mars, and they all, they all talk about having a strong feeder program.

Um-

And we've seen a lot of these teams have really big highs but also have some lows.

Seneca Valley was coming off a 2-0 stretch.

We're like, oh, they look pretty good going up into the game against Cannon Mac, and then they got torched.

By 30 points.

You would like to make a waiver move this week.

What is

it? Jake Donasek, the running back for Seneca Valley, got off to a really good start this year.

Yep.

Okay

... like an album that we'd all sell as the y- you know, the Seneca Valley or Western Pennsylvania, like, scene.

That's interesting.

That's pretty cool.

We did see on the positive side, Monotau and Mars won their first game, so that's good.

Seneca Valley lost in a kind of surprising way.

Cannon Mack just ran over them.

30 points.

Down 8-0 early, and that was all she wrote after that.

Cameron County was not nearly as good as I expected them to be.

It just shows you how things can change from week to week because going into this past week, Seneca Valley, they had the game canceled earlier this year because of bad weather.

They were 2-0 coming into the last week.
