Semmering

She was in therapy with Freud.

She was going, in this case, to Semmering in Austria, where Freud summered, to meet with him and have her sessions.

And she had encountered what psychoanalysts call a resistance, which means that she, you know, she wanted to give up her symptoms on one level, but on another level, she didn't.

And so a part of her was kind of keeping back what Freud really needed to help with her treatment, which was some kind of encounter or approach with her own childhood fears.

But 60 to 70 earthquakes a year are distinctly felt by people, meaning the ground shakes somewhere every month.
