Selina Xu

I'm a senior business editor at Wired, and I've spent much of my career reporting on China and the global technology industry.

I'm really excited to be joined today by Sylvia Littner and Selina Xu.

Sylvia is a professor at the University of Michigan School of Information, and she also directs its Center for Ethics, Society, and Computing.

She's also the author of one of my favorite books about China and technology, Prototype Nation, China and the Contested Promise of Innovation.
