Self-efficacy

It's a paper that was published in May in Reading and Writing Quarterly.

The title was The Relation Between Elementary Teachers' Awareness of Schoolwide Response to Intervention Components for Reading and Self-Efficacy with Database Decision Making.

And the short of it is that you analyze survey data from over a thousand teachers in 63 elementary schools and 12 states.

And the finding that caught my eye the most was that the school administrator's ability to clearly describe and articulate the school's RTI model had zero significant relationship with how aware the teachers were of those components.
