Self-Cut Bangs

We heard Danny from that album.

Calgary's Self Cut Bangs have a new album that just dropped called Growth Spurts.

It's really excellent.

Uh...

Is it me? Do you have anything that you want to shout out before we go?

Yeah, I also just want to add that I really like this record by a band called Self Cut Bangs, which I know I'm biased because I cut my own bangs, but I really like their record.

And there was also one by this band that I could not find anything about, in part intentionally because they made their name kind of hard to find and didn't put any members' names, but they're called Made Men.

Oh, yeah.

We're gonna get going, starting off with a local band.

This is Self Cut Bangs with Writing on Stone.

You are listening to election coverage here on Riding Pine.

[upbeat music]

I'm really enjoying what I'm listening from these guys.

Definitely give them a listen if you're looking to support some Canadian, which feels very thematic right about now.

Before that though, we brought it back to Calgary with Writing on Stone by Calgary's own Self Cut Bangs.

Yes, ooh, very exciting.
