Sehome

Their crowd is too big.

Coach Marshall told me we used to rent out Berkeley and Sehome, but now we switched to Lawrence Tech.

It's a beautiful stadium, beautiful lights, and the crowd is so large here.

So, yeah, wondering why Lawrence Tech.

Cause there's a difference between just winding up and then actually laying it all out there.

And I think at Sehome, I did such a good job of just laying down, laying it down with 400 to go and just not looking back, but But for Sehome, or no, for the first lower within me, I felt like I maybe...

Could have done a bit better job pushing a little more in the last 800 meters, and that's on me.

But I always have a hard time the first time running lower woodland.
