He has no power to set aside state laws that determine when your ballot has to be received by voters.

So on behalf of LULAC, the League of United Latin American Citizens, Secure Families Initiative, an organization of military and overseas families, and the Arizona Students Association, which represents hundreds of thousands of students in Arizona, CLC and our partners at Democracy Defenders Fund sued the administration over this executive order.

We were victorious in that lawsuit and our federal court in D.C. issued an order blocking the implementation and enforcement of several key provisions in that lawsuit.

Unfortunately, things didn't end there.
