Second-Life Batteries

We did the battery repurposing with EnviroSurf, which is Nairobi-based.

The lithium batteries are second-life batteries, so basically they have been used, not second-life, second application.

they have been used elsewhere and now they weren't doing very well so going into that battery pack removing the cells that are not going crashing them and sending the material for further processing maybe abroad but then the battery pack that were working reconnecting them and now putting them into smaller you know immobility applications like three wheelers that don't need as much power as this bus that we are using

When you say send them abroad, where do you send them?
