How did you identify the 12, the 12 New Yorkers that you wanted to talk to for this film?

I really wanted there to be a way into the story for everybody, and I think 9/11 is usually really centered around people who were right down there, who were first responders.

Um, that was my job, and, um, it wasn't easy to do.

Um, and when I finally ran out of batteries, um, it was kind of a relief, 'cause then I could get out of there.
