Rubicon says that's now the focus of new legal action.

The company is already suing former Attorney General Sean Reyes and others for more than a billion dollars alleging malicious prosecution.

The original trafficking charges were dismissed, and a later federal investigation ended without charges.

A judge criticized how the state handled the case, but did not find prosecutorial misconduct.

Excessive compensation for Tim Ballard, unethical accounting that is apparently trying to obscure the salary of Tim Ballard, even though it's supposed to be a 501c3 nonprofit.

Lavis expenditures, including first-class airfare, five-star hotels, these dramatic helicopter appearances where Tim will show up at fundraiser events in a helicopter in Sean Reyes, using excessive emotion and religious manipulation to lure donors, including telling these heart-wrenching, tear-filled stories that God protected OUR participants or that god you know came to tim ballard at the temple and inspired him to do what he's doing um claiming credit oh you are claiming credit for raids that they weren't involved in um engaging in illegal and unsafe raids with these jump teams that often are very ineffective and yield no real meaningful positive results There's allegations that team members of these jump teams have been involved in illegal drug use while on raids, also sexual assault of participants or people involved in these raids.

drawing money and attention away from legitimate charities who are meaningfully trying to make a difference in this space and taking all that money away so that these charities can't really do the work that they need to do.
