So he's gone now.

Lancaster's brought in Ger Mullin from Harlequins an Irish coach to be the attack coach so he's going to pick his own person for that role so you'd assume maybe that might be a better fit than what he had inherited initially yeah you mentioned like Billy Bohan and Sam Illo on the front row like two very exciting players as well in addition to Sean Jansen who had a really good season last year Keane I want to read you Matt Canson's quote about playing under Stuart Lancaster or kind of training under him at the moment this really got my energy going out of the new season Keane Stu has been pushing me to be world class, whatever position I'm playing.

And if I'm not doing that, he's made it very clear that's not good enough.

It's intimidating and it can be a bit scary because you're like, F, I'm one game away from sitting on the bench.

Yeah, I'm very excited in general about the direction that Connacht are travelling for all the reasons that you guys have touched on there.

And if Stuart Lancaster is pushing the buttons of the likes of Bundy and Mack, as you've mentioned there, Will, that has filtered down right throughout the squad.

I remember towards the end of the season, I was down in Galway at one of their media days and Dylan Tierney-Martin and Sean Jansen were talking about... just a complete change in atmosphere behind the scenes there in Connacht and how like during pre-season they were like literally gassed at like how tough the pre-season was now they're just coming towards the end of a second pre-season and I know in the first half of the show Connacht We touched on Munster.

Like to me, nothing summed up the difference in the two coaches who came in at the same time last year, Lancaster and Macmillan.

And Sean Jansen aside, I don't think anyone really took their chance.

And, you know, Karen Frawley didn't really grasp the opportunity that he was given.

And then they went to Eden Park and it was a bit of a damn squib in the end.
