Was it something that you encountered a long time ago, and those words open heaven sort of stuck with you, um, and found their way into the title here?

No, I'm, I'm terrible.

I, I n- I never have a title for my book until the book is done.

And then I have the horrible job of having to kind of encapsulate an entire book in a couple of words, which I find very difficult to do.

Um, so I usually go looking for other people's words, so I don't have to find my own.

Um, so with my last book, I'd stolen some words from Gerard Manley Hopkins, the poet, uh, for the title.

And this one, um, I, I had a list of words and ideas, like a word cloud, for what I thought the book felt like or was about.

Yeah.
