Sean Allison

that's why i'm saying that there is a chance primarily just from how this team was able to play on all three levels or no or at least offensively against usc and i know the biggest issue is going to be how ruckers defense is going to match up against uh lee baby jordan here because we saw at the end of that northwestern game he was the person who sealed the game away by breaking four tackles to get a get a first down on a i'm correct third in one or a fourth in one.

And we've seen right now with the linebackers, outside of Moses Walker, Sean Allison has had a rough year so far when it comes to tackling.

But I think offensive-wise...

Rutgers is going to try to run the same type of offense that Indiana runs with Kirsten Yeti, and that's being physical, off the ball, beating you with a running game.

Are they not filling the gaps on the run? Are they not, you know, being physical enough? What, what is the deal with them not being effective in helping to stop the run?

When it comes to, I would say, Sean Allison's case, it's unfortunate, but he's adjusting he he's having a rough adjustment period from fcs football to power for football and it is it's a difference there's a huge difference he was the top he was one of the better linebackers in his conference last year with with drake and since he came to rutgers we saw him this most notable moment is him getting injured against boston college but he's been trying to get off the blocks.

We still see him playing at full speed.

It's just that there is a strength difference out there on the field playing against bigger linemen and bigger guys and playing against these bigger schools.

you're seeing what's going to happen.

You know, you're getting guys like Ty Morris and Sean Allison in there who, who just aren't doing it.

The first time around Greg Seattle had those guys.

You remember that you talk about linebacker, you talk about the Kasim greens and Steve harnesses, they came and developed.

But I do I do think that after watching that B.C. quarterback, I like him better than than Lonergan and would have rather seen him at Rutgers and probably would have came cheaper.

But that's another story for another time.

Christian Purple Lot asked, what is the situation with Clary, Archie, and DeLoach? I know we only play two linebackers at a time, but I find it tough to understand how Sean Allison is ahead of these players.

Are they not grasping the schemes? Allison is an experienced player, but doesn't seem to have the ability at this level.
