Seafair Pirates

I didn't realize I was the first official... like non-troy guest

yeah we didn't want to tell you that so i think back uh to the autumn leaf parade um as a kid that was one of those things that you know you know there's a festival but it's the parade that's what you really own it on um I remember being on Front Street, grabbing onto my dad's pant leg as one of the seafair pirates is walking by and he's dragging his sword like they do down the street, and I'm petrified of it.

And then fast forward a couple of years, I was marching with a Spartan band at Leavenworth Middle School playing my Glockenspiel in the parade.

So I've got a little bit of history of it, but I think you know a whole lot more.

But, I mean, anything that's happened for a long time, there's, you know, groups kind of come in and go.

There'll be people who come to the parade for a long time.

And, you know, for me, I don't quite remember the Seafair Pirates.

I know they come sometimes or they don't, if they can make it.
