You have to go, okay, How do I engage on social media? How do I market on Google? How do I reach people and really target them and then create unique events when there's not something downtown in Bowling Green? You know, that's why we do trivia on every Tuesday.

That's why we do single on Thursdays to draw people down and off of Scottsville Road to have a unique, fun experience.

You know, it's an oversimplification, but I always said it's kind of the three R's retail, restaurants and residential.

We've done good of trying to get more restaurants and some more retail, but without the residential footprint to continue to hold that.

it gets a little bit difficult and there's been some apartments and things develop but i think you're going to start to see more of that then all of a sudden downtown becomes a destination getting people off scottsville road and more downtown and the number one thing i hear is parking and it's like guys we have a great parking garage right here that's absolutely free We all drive down to Nashville.
