So she was saying there's barriers, there's a big barrier which is put forward in an amendment by Ron Dickinson from Glasgow and Rob Gibson, who is the veteran land reform campaigner who helped set up the Scottish Land Commission.

And these two guys said, yeah, this is all fine, but we've got here before the big problem about a land tax is that we haven't got data.

We haven't got, the companies aren't registered.

So that was kind of an interesting point.

And equally, you know, Rob Gibson had said, look, we've been preparing for a land tax since 2017 at this conference.

And the Scottish Land Commission has already done the work, has studied other systems.

And it says it's pretty sure that within the devolved powers, and this is an important point because there's, you know, the ministers were sort of implying there was still a problem with permission needed for Westminster.
