So who's coming? We have a family panel the very first day that critiques liberalism, the individualism of liberalism, and explains how we need to rebuild the family.

So someone like Scott Yenor, who wrote books about critiquing feminism, one of his books was actually also translated into Hebrew, so Israelis are more familiar with his name.

Katie Faust, who's fighting against the view that children can be bought or sold or borrowed or raised by any combination of people.

She's fighting to say, no, every child has a right to a mother and a father.

It's in the post-war, uh, the post-war Western world that you get the rise of second wave feminism.

And I'm, I'm leaning on a guy named Scott Yenor for most of this analysis.

In, uh, Scott's book, "The Recovery of Family Life," he went through the work of reading all the feminists.

Wow.

... is far worse on the left, but it's, it's there on the fringes of the right, too, and it had taken over The Heritage Foundation.

And then, of course, there was the misogyny scandals, which are beyond the pale, the hiring of Scott Yenor, who has published at Claremont that men should be paid more than women, uh, that, um, women shouldn't have engineering degrees, et cetera, all this sort of sexism.

And whilst I was there, there was a really disturbing thing which I think we need to explore.

I was not on X before I came to The Heritage Foundation.

And that's the sort of...

Why we wrote the piece that we did is looking at, you know, as Dr. Yenor and I were looking through this issue and, you know, how do we deal with some of the sort of rampant societal pornography? Do you know, is the focus on do we try to change the standard? Is the focus on, you know, what how do we solve this issue? And the reality is we've already got some of the tools we need.

And we're not using them.

And so putting more tools out there does nothing if you aren't willing to pick up the hammer and swing it.

And I should note that the WNBA did issue a statement saying, quote, "There are no immediate eligibility matters affecting the WNBA, and we strongly denounce the bad faith efforts to use these topics to demean or marginalize others." But because you brought up Title IX, and I think that is really the crux of what this is about, let's get straight into that.

So shortly after the Supreme Court ruled to uphold laws banning transgender girls from participating in school sports, the Heritage Foundation published a paper calling Title IX, which bans sex-based discrimination in schools, including in school sports, a, quote, "failed experiment." The sports and culture site Defector pointed out that the author of the paper is Boise State Professor Scott Yenor, who once called career-oriented women, quote, "medicated, mettlesome, and quarrelsome." He argues that Title IX has led to, quote, "male-normed women's sports" that are failing at, quote, "celebrating distinctly feminine virtues of service, grace, and character." Katelyn, can you tell us what is the endgame here?
