I just wasn't – like I remember two days before I was still feeling quite sluggish and I – I bumped up my Ks in that prep, got a bit of a roasting from my coach because we didn't really speak about that and I just went a little bit rogue and it was well-deserved.

So, yeah, it was a bit of a – reality check I suppose you could call it and I think for me every marathon had just gone so well and it was just like yep bang bang bang bang what's next what's next and that was probably the first one where I was like oh yeah marathons are hard.

Andy BuchananGUEST
15:56
Yeah it I don't know it I don't think it actually made me hungrier I think it made me um just probably respect the marathon a bit more and probably respect my coach not that i didn't respect my coach um it was just like hey we are a team and we need to be a team and i wasn't really a great team player there so probably yeah made me realize that a little bit more but i i don't know i don't get that like even after gold coast i it didn't make me more motivated i feel like i those things don't motivate me it's um yeah but i i definitely learned i learned a lot more from london than say valencia
