Either you're not playing and you're chasing after someone or you're playing and there's someone very close to you who's playing really well.

So like even like those stages last year, Scott Penny, Will was playing and he had a few injuries, but Scott Penny was playing brilliantly.

I thought he was playing better than I was.

And I was still getting picked for some of the bigger games.

The little lads and the new lads showed us the ropes, taught us a few tricks.

Yeah, I think in essence that was Leinster's downfall for so many years, that we were so reliant on that kind of squad of 15, or probably maybe even less than that, maybe seven or eight guys with new guys coming in and out the whole time.

That it was, when you hear Josh talking now about Scott Penny and about all these guys... where they just seamlessly fit in and out so easily.

The guys are still fresh when it comes to the important matches.
