In terms of James, I really think he needs to take a leaf out of Pendlebury's playbook and think about going elsewhere, get a fresh look, a fresh perspective, and enjoy the coaching an AFL club or being involved in coaching with a different AFL club and really freshen himself up somewhere else and then if he feels as though he'd like to return to the club that he loves once he's experienced a different culture in the way that Pendlebury's doing it in the Gold Coast.
