Scott Meacham

Randy Butler got to know Brad Henry when they were both in the legislature.

Scott Meacham was also a friend with Brad Henry, knew Randy Butler.

He's from Clinton in Elk City.

And so I think it was Scott Meacham.

I think it was Scott Meacham before Brad Henry ever ran for governor.

I think it was Scott Meacham who told Randy Butler, he said, yeah, Brad, he's thinking about running.

Running for governor.

And Randy Butler said, governor of what? Randy said he thought Brad an unlikely gubernatorial candidate, and yet he was successful.
