What are the expectations around the offense for ODU behind their new signal caller?

Yeah, well, Quinn Hinnicle's been here for a bit.

He's played the last two seasons, including the bowl game last year, obviously, after Colton Joseph opted to leave before the bowl game for the transfer portal.

So I think they're pretty good.

I think the expectations are fairly high for him.

He's still not a pure passer, kind of like Joseph in that regard.

I think that's the thing that he needs to kind of work and fine-tune his game on.

How is this defense looking for 2026?

I think it's better in a lot of ways.

Well, I mean, first of all, that McLaurin in the camp all offseason has been very important and have him refreshed.

I mean, he played well when he was healthy last year.

McLaurin also had dealt with injuries after the whole contract thing.

And I think, you know, clearly Chig's a big upgrade at tight end.

Nothing against Zach Ertz, but he wasn't going to break anybody's kneecaps, you know, after he caught the ball.

How is he viewed by the fan base heading into 2026?

If he played 60-plus next year, how many games would the Wizards win?

Since we were youngins, it hasn't happened.

Then a lot of those guys who came up for contracts, they, for whatever reason, decided they were either expendable or only worth it at their price.

I don't know – and again, this has always been wondered because Adam Peterson talked, right? He literally – You know, he isn't a back channel guy.

You know, he's not going to confirm reports for a lot of these beat reporters and stuff.

He's not one of these guys that has like an Adam Schefter at his disposal or somebody, what have you.

I mean, he's done a good job of keeping it in house, whatever it is he thinks.
