I'm the pharmacy clinical coordinator with Northwestern Medicine, Kishwaukee and Valley West Hospitals in Northern Illinois.

We'll be chatting about precepting pharmacy learners in small and rural hospital settings and the challenges and significant value that these sites have for precepting.

My experience with precepting has been You know, extensive basically since I graduated, because even though I have been directly serving as a preceptor for the last three years, have been directly involved with precepting students as part of their education with our previous pharmacy director since I graduated.

So basically for the last 14 years or so.
