We're trying to recreate the very essence of that movie, and I can understand if Scott Glenn is unavailable or doesn't want to do this role again, but they cast somebody who's nothing like Scott, uh, like Scott Glenn for-

he he'd been doing it for a little while and i don't know this just this was just such a different role than what i'm used to seeing him in so you know of course props out to him then we had uh scott glenn so speaking of silence of the lambs he was in that um who played john axe adcock and uh i don't know what to think about him um I don't really, and I'm going to hit spoilers in this throughout it, but I mean, did you agree with him by the end of it?

Yes and no, brother.

I understand what his kind of motivations were, but at the same time, after what happens to Tim, it's kind of like, ah, brother, you fucked that.

Yeah, yeah.

He doesn't outright murder him, but it's his actions that cause Steven to be where he is, which results in him getting hurt and then eventually leading to his death.

You know, Tim gets burned, Bob De Niro gets a... a steel spike through his shoulder yeah that was fucking wicked yeah so I mean don't get me wrong you know JT Walsh that's RIP that's in this that is technically the kind of all round villain gets his comeuppance in the end but yeah Scott Glenn has a lot to answer for and I kind of think as well Evan I think the way Stephen's looking at it from the character point of view, I think if it came out that Axe was the arsonist, I don't think he would have got the send-off that they get at the end for the funeral.

Right.

Like the only other times I've encountered this kind of thing are at extreme fringe sort of libertarian type events where there are like vendors in the, lobby selling loose gems and weird memorabilia.

One of the other honorees for that night was going to be, what's his name? You know, Gordo from the first spaceflight missions, the astronaut guy, you know, the guy from the guy in the right stuff, I think it was the Scott Glenn character.

But there was just a weird vibe to the thing.

There was a large contingent of like a Caribbean island I had never heard of.
