As a leader, how do you lead through uncertain times like that?

There's a, there's a whole podcast on, um, on, uh, on, on leadership in, in tough times.

Um, so I have a couple of things that, uh, that help me, uh, go through w- you know, or define my leadership journey.

Uh, and that is, uh, first of all to, to...

You know, I recognize that everyone's coming with the skills that they've got, the tools that they've been given in life, and I have a fundamental belief that people want to and will do the right thing.

So you need to believe in your people if you're delegating.

Uh, but if you delegate, that doesn't mean you abrogate.

And Scott, I'd love to know, in a world of finite resources and infinite need, how do you decide what not to do?

And I was wondering if you could explain that a little bit.

Yeah, sure.

Yeah.

So, I mean, obviously I can speak more to the mortgage side of it.

We do get along good with all the other partners as well, but it's unique that we all play in the sandbox really nice to each other.

We'll do training calls together.

The preferred partners will do training calls together for the different RMCs.

And so you can lose control of the situation sometimes.

This is a large chunk of time then, yeah? So what did you find? You found a big old, just a bunch of aliens out there doing a dance?

Yeah, I'm sorry.

It's a bit of a complicated result.

It took us a while to even figure out how to publish this in an exciting kind of press release kind of way.

It's very clearly a result that will change the way we study and understand groups and clusters of galaxies in the early universe.

But it probably requires a little explanation to make it clear what the issues are.

Let me try in a nutshell here.

Is that our limitation, or is that just the fact that maybe they didn't form the same way that long ago?
