Hey, welcome to this episode of our Money Monday coaching call.

Well, Zillow, Scott, is not an accurate valuation of where the market...

I get that.

And if I didn't feel they were all focused on starters, people who had just started their show or new to a show, then I went in and went back to it and said, okay, give me four more, but focus on someone who's really an advanced user.

And I always have a picture of who you are because Scott Carson, you're sitting here listening, right? The No Closer Show, thousand episodes, right? It's impressive.

So I always am thinking, how am I going to impress Scott on my show? How am I going to keep him engaged, right?

I love that Scott keeps coming back to experience these live episodes that we do when he doesn't always know what we're going to talk about.

And that's another layer of that.

And then the final one.

And this one just fascinated me when I said, OK, these are good, but Scott Carson is not going to be like totally excited about it.

This isn't going to be something new to him.
