And in the last episode that I was in, my character, Ellison, is accused of doing something.

And I didn't know whether or not I had done what I was being accused of because I hadn't seen the script.

And so I went to the writers and the producers and they took me behind about six doors, literally, into one room and then another room and another room to show me the script.

He's great.

And, um, they have a show coming out now, him, Scott Caan, Jennifer Beals from Flashdance.

I mean, it's gonna be a huge hit.

And I was like, "Well, I'm writing it, so whatever." And then, uh, wrote it in the, into the publisher, but hadn't been published yet.

Pa- how did he get it? Somehow Scott Caan got a hold of it early and was like, "Oh, I want to adapt this," but this is before it came out, and was shooting Hawaii Five-0, and I was like, "Okay, cool." And so he went up to ask Eddie, uh, if he could adapt it or something, and he's like, "What fucking book is this?" And Scott's like, "Yeah, it's this book." And Eddie's like, "Let me fucking see it." And so Scott Caan coughed it up to, had a copy I guess, a pre-published copy, copy, coughed it up to him.

And I was in Aspen, I think, at the time, uh, on, yeah, wife doing some snowboard stuff, and I was in Aspen and got a call from Eddie.
