Scots College

We went to two different, two different, um, two different boarding schools.

He went to Scots College in Wellington, and I went to St. Paul's in, in Hamilton.

And, um, yeah, it was an unreal experience.

And that was probably my first real experience of like high performance rugby.

So, but yeah, to take it upon himself, like, he, he, he was pretty huge in my development as a, as a rugby player.

Like, you know, he was 15 years old, I was 13, and he was getting ready to go to New Zealand to try to play, you know, first XV.

And at the time, like, Scots College were unbelievable.

And he was like, "Right, like every day I'm gonna rip, like, at least 100 passes off each hand, and you're gonna stand there and, like, give me a target." [laughs] Like, as a young kid, and, um, just those little habits.

I mean, uh, Fahu White, um, in their forward pack, Lindsay Collins on song, Victor Radley's been there for a long time.

Siua Wong, you know, I mean, uh, he spent some time, his, his family was from Waiuru back in the time and then got a scholarship to Scots College.

So I mean there's some awesome talent in, in that side.

Um, and you can easily have a look at the s- the Roosters squad and go, "Yeah, they can't get beaten." So, um, but, uh, yeah.
