I'm just rambling, but I just see the value in that.

So I think that as a field we knew, and we've had so many guests that come on that have said that entering the field of school psychology has been difficult for whatever reasons, just from the reception that they've received from other faculty members or from personnel in the school.

And I think that then connecting with our young students or students in school psychology that mentoring connecting with the faculty member that gets it is what helps them continue on despite all the hardships and the roadblocks and things.
