But just to ground us, schizoid personality type is not schizophrenic or schizotypal, I think is another version.

So again, these, these words are so loaded and have changed so much over the years.

Schizoids enjoy distance.

Seeking solitude when they're distressed, they move away from people versus histrionics love closeness.

So seeking others when distressed, they move toward other people.
