Scarborough Town Centre

Yeah.

Like, if you're in the Scarborough Town Centre, you, you know, it's like, okay, yeah.

Yeah.

You, you Scarborough, okay.

The Scarborough Busway is officially set to open this week.

The dedicated lanes are designed to speed up travel for transit riders between Kennedy and Scarborough Town Centre stations.

The TTC expects trips between Kennedy and Scarborough Centre stations to take about 15 minutes once the busway opens.

Mayor Olivia Chow joined the TTC CEO to give an update on the opening.

It's going to start September 30th.

It's going to save people 15 minutes between Scarborough Town Centre and Kennedy and back.

So we're going to have express buses running in the old RT corridor between Ellesmere and Kennedy.

But even getting that, you know, that was a fight.

Yeah.

I had to, for reasons which I won't get into now, go to Cinnabon at Scarborough Town Centre, which scares me.

So I had mapped out what was the closest entrance and I had my cousin with me and she had recently broken her leg.

And I said, OK, I'm going to pull up here.

Years ago.
