It's called Saudization, and there's versions of this in all the Gulf Arab states.

So they're doing everything they can to sort of ameliorate their weaknesses, which have been revealed by this war.

It's just not really clear if they can do so on a time frame, which will save them in the current situation.

I think, you know, the trend here is that, you know, we're seeing a shift in their Vision 2030 vision.

And it's that the vision now is Saudization.

And we want to empower our local talent because, you know, when you're left with a war, you're the one that is going to have to deal with the repercussions.

And I think that came to light extremely throughout the year.

But in UAE, the Emiratization, I think we talked about this.

Emiratization has a very different goal to what Saudization is.

Saudization is where 70 to 80% of the population, we Saudis, and we need jobs.

We don't want foreigners to come and take our places.

So for Saudi, the road from developing to developed was bring the expertise, teach the youngsters who are going to Stanford and Harvard and all this.

Have more land.

Yeah, so Saudization is a strategy to keep them in the workforce.

And you need like 60, 70 percent Saudis in your company and all that.

With amortization, it's a different approach altogether.
