Satan

One of the things we know about, I'll say the word trauma.

I'm a therapist.

I'm always dabbling in trauma.

That sounds weird, thinking about trauma.

But the man of God said that we are winners and we're winners every day.

We are winner man, winner man, winner man all the time.

And I wrestled with that.

Sabbath evening last week.

And on Sunday morning, I wrestled with, like, well, I know the word says we're winners, and I read the word, and God says it, and pastors said it, but why does sometimes do I not feel like a winner? You know what I'm saying, Bo? Like, there's days where I feel like I'm winning, Bo, and there's days where I feel like I'm not winning.

And I said, God, I don't understand if I'm a winner all the time, why don't I feel like a winner all the time? And I began to sit down and I began to talk to God and I said, okay, God, what am I missing? As I began to pray and God began to reveal to me what I was missing, God said that I had the wrong perspective.

I said, God, when my nephew at the age of six fell out the car and died while my uncle was driving, I didn't feel like a winner.

That's the first sort of analogy of good surprises.

I am trying to be more gracious and give benefit of the doubt.

Here, it's actually the opposite.

The word can be used in that way, and so if you're going to make a point off of it, it's not untrue to use it that way.

name Satan means that he is the adversary that he is the accuser that he comes at you accusing you of being outside the family of God accusing you that that you could not be saved and still struggle with the same sin that you're struggling with you can't be saved and do this and and how can the Lord love you and how could you call yourself his he's coming at you reminding you of all your past mistakes of all the areas of your life and Where you're a failure, where you've experienced failure.

I shouldn't say you're a failure, where you've experienced failures in those times.

And that's why I loved what you said about like, it doesn't matter why we came home, whether it's worthiness, OCD, anxiety, medical, doesn't matter

because Satan wants it

to matter.

Yeah.

Cause like, dude, you're, you should be embarrassed because like, wow, no one's come home because of that.

And it's just not true.

That's something Satan wants us to believe.

And I think that maybe is another pain point.
