You've seen them in photos together, but has anyone actually seen them-

I think if you put a main course out, there's about 26, 27 two-star restaurants in this country.

I reckon if you put a main course... of each of those two-star restaurants in front of you, you, me, could probably tell, okay, that one is Daniel Clifford, that one is Sat Bains, that one is me, that one is Okoye, that one is...

Like, you could go and you could tell the point of difference.

There becomes a position where personality suddenly comes from these incredible dishes and you start honing in exactly what you... do and if you think there's there's some we've got well over 100 151 star restaurants that are absolutely outstanding but sometimes you could look at them all and you there's beautiful similarity and symmetry between them they're all fantastic but where's the true personality of your chef coming through and i think that's those are the points of difference i think between one and two so what's the level of three then i mean you know exactly who it is
