Sarah Owen

The consequence of the scheduling is that this House will have very little time to spend on detailed scrutiny.

And Northern Ireland Minister Sarah Owen insisted MPs would have enough time to consider the plans in detail.

And she said victims of the troubles couldn't wait any longer for answers.

Almost three decades on from the Good Friday Agreement, the issue of the legacy of the Troubles remain unresolved.

She's a philosophy graduate, a visiting professor at the business school, and earlier this year she was awarded an honorary doctorate in science.

Sarah Owen is the Labour MP for Luton North and a minister in the UK government's Northern Ireland Office.

She was given the job when Andy Burnham became Prime Minister in July.

She was elected to Westminster in 2019.

This is about the rights of the residents who live on that road.

You weren't able to find one.
