Right.
55:11
Totally.
55:12
I agree.
55:13
I think I love the question.
55:15
What is leadership? It's the most personal thing.
55:20
There's a million ways to be a great leader.

And I think it's based on who you are and what your values are.

i can see
28:05
And so w- how did you react to that? What did you do?
28:08
Oh, I cried.
28:09
I was so sad.
28:10
And, you know, fortunately, I had a great coach, and she supported me and said, "Let's talk about it," instead of just, you know, pretending it didn't happen or I'll be okay and, or operating on top of it.
28:24
I got supported and, you know, I had to really be thoughtful about, you know, what am I committed to? What are my highest commitments? And one of my beliefs is that in order for our kids to have a great life, we need to have a great life, and that means relationships, friendships, career, being a fully expressed human being, right? If I want that for Mirabel, which I do more than anything in the world, I want her to have work that she loves so much that she just can't believe how lucky she is to be able to do it every day.
28:58
That's what I dream for her someday, you know, in addition to many, many things.
29:02
But, you know, it was important to me to do this, and I loved it, and I was good at it, and I found something that, where I could really make a difference.
