From your perspective for actors, what, [laughs] what is a real thing that would help them, and what is sort of more in that myth category? Like, what, what is actually important?

I think the myth category, 'cause, you know, Jenny and I have just been teaching some workshops lately, and I find the sa- people say the same thing every time in the workshops, which is, "You know, I know you guys only watch five seconds of the, the tape." And that is so bizarre to me.

I don't know who's saying that.

Is it possible that when we pass it on to our team that they only watch four seconds? 'Cause they know exactly what they're looking for.

So maybe right away they're like, "That guy doesn't look like the brother of that other guy.

So, so I'm out or whatever." But we watch everything in full.

We, we ask for auditions because we want to watch them because we are interested to see the choices that the actors make, otherwise we would not be asking for them.
