I, um, But when you were speaking about your faves, I was thinking Sarah Hall just keeps coming to mind.

She's a professional runner and is still just crushing it in her 40s.

And I love how Sarah will share her story of being a mother to four kids.

I texted her and I'm like, Sarah, you need to be careful.

She's like, you know, only where I'm at right now.

So, yeah, I enjoy Sarah Hall quite a bit.

Yeah, sweet.

I mean, when,

as soon as you said that, my head went to Sarah Hall.

Like she's like, you know, everybody looks up to Sarah Hall.

She's like epic.

She's an icon in this

And then we got to a Walmart track, indoor track.

And there were like Elliot Kipchoge, Sarah Hall, Emily Sisson, Kenny Bekele, and Joe Klecker.

And you sit there and you think of your younger self and...

Okay, so 10 years ago, I ran a 3.38 and now I'm sitting here with Olympian champions and world champs and the best runners in the world and warming up with them.

It looked really cool.

Sarah Hall ran 220, which is really fast.

It was the second fastest US time ever.

For a female, we had, Seven US men break 210 in the race, which is the only time that's ever happened in the history of marathoning.

And she had a lot of great resources for our team.

You know, she knew Ryan and Sarah Hall, who, you know, are A6 folks.

And, you know, she knew Molly Huddle and I, you know, and just other athletes who get to come to our practices and stuff.

And We were training up in Flagstaff.
