Sara Groves

Anyway, as I step into this wonderful career that's on its way that I'm so profoundly grateful for.

I've been thinking a lot about Sarah Groves, who is a wonderful Christian music artist.

Very deep, very philosophical.

My favorite songs of hers tend to be less Christian and more just profound thoughts about life.

But, I mean, that woman made my brain.

If you like what I believe about the world, I grew up around... constantly abusive people my my family was so warped but one of the reasons you survive is you have good friends and you have people like teachers who are taking good care of you I had really good ballet and theater teachers who saved and changed my life but I just I grew I became the person that I am by listening to Sarah Groves music I did and it matters it matters so much So if you've never checked out Sarah Groves, I highly recommend Religious or Not.

There's just a lovely kind of core philosophy about the magic that I find really, she's like a cool aunt who's like just there for you with really wise, kind songs.

Just a couple of my favorites are Like a Lake, The Long Defeat.

This past year...

I've interviewed three people from the Minnesota area, three artists, Jason Gray, Sarah Groves, and now PFR.

That's fun.

As you can imagine, those musicians who've been in that community doing the same kind of work for a long time all know each other and support each other.
