Sara Gilbert

There is a lot to unpack there in The Conners.

And even though a lot of the fans do not consider The Conners to be part of the Roseanne world, It very much is because Sarah Gilbert actually purchased the creative license from Roseanne, which could have been the reason why they made it so formulaic.

But we're getting ahead of ourselves because we're going to talk more about this in the second part.

So stay tuned and thank you for listening.

I mean, I wonder if it's

as simple as Johnny Galecki and Sarah Gilbert are so really good friends in real life.

So I was like, hey, Sarah, you want to make a want to come back? You want to have a little cameo

quick? just slam your door in my face just for laughs right that's the only thing that makes sense to me is that it was you know behind the scenes logistics rather than a plot point because he's still very much in love with penny like we know that there's never a time when he's not going to be from here to the end of the show so why he's it just makes no sense to me this little tidbit other than what you said more or less well

And I do think it's really clever how they handled it.

There was a lot of examples of shows not handling this well, so I definitely wanted to talk about that.

And Sarah Gilbert, as we briefly mentioned, of course, most famous as Darlene on Roseanne.

And then it's been off the Conners.
