But the Democratic administration has ordered these places closed after finding credible allegations of fraud.

So those allegations may have been surfaced or we may have drawn attention to them, certainly.

And the Mills administration is responsible directly from the dereliction of duty when it comes to regulating these enterprises.

It's the Mills administration and the Department of Health and Human Services under Jean Lambrou and now under Sarah Gagne-Holmes, who has, by the way, her own professional connections to some of the CEOs of these companies that we'll get into at some point, I'm sure.

They are responsible for the lax oversight and the transition to desk reviews instead of actually inspecting these facilities.

For the longest time, by the way, these facilities didn't even have to get licensed with the state.
