Code-based agents on Cloud Foundry connecting via agent-to-agent protocol, which I discussed with SAP Joule in their customer landscapes.

So a customer, say, running SAP SuccessFactors and this partner solution as an extension next to SuccessFactors can have dual coordinate across both systems in a single conversation.

So for the user, it's just simple inputs, but then behind the scenes, we have all these beautiful systems coming together and working with each other, right? So the agents then call MCP servers to retrieve the data, do the work.

Like if I put it in an even more specific example, what's this employee total reward situation? And then it will coordinate across these multiple products in one response.

Last week, we were in Las Vegas for the HR Technology Conference at Mandalay Bay, an event annually that is billed as bringing together more than 7,000 HR and business leaders from over 400 technology providers.

You've got major platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG, and many more, alongside some of the companies that we spend a lot of time with, like Indeed, Greenhouse, 8Ford AI, Radiancy, Recrutix.

Joining me today for the debrief and live at the conference is Christian Ray.

He is co-founder and chief product officer and good friend of mine here at Rogue Hire.

Inspired by her English teacher, Mrs. Kierstad, she pursued the literary page, then taught scuba in Grand Cayman, beginning another life stage.

An English degree opened technology's doors, launching her professional flight at SuccessFactors.

Melissa helped customer success reach new height.

At SAP, she led go-to-market teams in transformation with vision.

And so then I found myself working for a very large tech company and didn't really want to be one of 80,000 cogs.

So I then left to join SuccessFactors, which at the time was an up-and-coming HR technology company.

And they had just bought an enterprise social networking company.

So this is like right around where Yammer, you know, was bought for a billion dollars by Microsoft and that whole thing.

And so spent some time basically scaling that product within SuccessFactors client base.

They were then bought by SAP, right? um sort of nine months into that job so again i found myself working for a a large tech company um knowing that i then i already knew then that i wanted to be probably doing bigger things for smaller companies and so i ended up in what year would this have been like 2012 taking the leap and actually doing a proper startup.

And so that startup was Think Tank.

So still within the HR tech area, as a cornerstone consultant and manager director for starting up their business in the Nordics, helping customers that they already had, but also, of course, obtaining new customers within the cornerstone area.

And for those of you who are listening and are thinking, what is Cornerstone? It's like SuccessFactors and Workday and Oracle, just maybe smaller.

And also a little bit less expensive sometimes when you look at the different components that they have.

But yeah, actually helping companies with implementing enterprise HR.

You've got Oracle HCM Cloud around 7% as well.

SAP SuccessFactors, again, right around that 7% range.

ADP dropping down to 4.

Now we're getting to some of the smaller platforms.

Anyway, all right, uh, big news from last week that we missed talking about on Monday, uh, SAP signed an agreement to buy TechWolf for an undisclosed amount of money.

The platform will integrate into SAP SuccessFactors to power skills-based hiring, workforce planning, role redesign, and SAP's AI assistant, Joule.

TechWolf will remain an independent entity headquartered in Ghent, Belgium.

You don't hear a lot about companies out of Ghent, Belgium.

What are your thoughts on TechWolf getting married with SAP?

I, I've heard of S- SAP, obviously, and then I've actually used SAP SuccessFactors, and not a big fan.
