What are you saying to customers who say, no, we can't work with standard business process because the cloud mindset is go back to standard to simplify and differentiate problem.

For example, the BTP with the edgy processes that give you, let's say, a market advantage or that helps you compete better.

But for finance, for order to cash, for quality management, et cetera, I guess the two of us would agree simplification is probably the best thing to do, right? But of course, this has an impact on an entire chain from tools, process, people that might be a bit endangered when you come with simplification, standardization.

So how are you bringing the topic to your customers?

If a SAP consulting organization is buying this book for their business development, what is basically sales team, it would help them understand the whole S/4HANA suite or ecosystem better, and so connect better with the CXOs of prospect, and thereby sell the best possible SAP solution.

Solution architects or pre-sales team of your company would also love to this because it captures a vast spectrum, right from the core processes, modules of S/4HANA to SAP CX to S- SAC, ALM, BTP, and Joule.

Amazing.

So difficult to quantify, but I can safely say that within 90 days, their SAP S/4HANA journey would be clearer to them.

And now I think this, this is really the best of both worlds.

You have the design time, the latest and greatest of the design time in, in, in BTP, but then you can deploy it really, yeah, as, as Martin said, on premise or in, in a lot of case- Obviously, we have a lot of customers that run SAP on Azure, RISE on Azure, so, so a lot of customers have already their A- Azure ins- s- state where, where they run their SAP system, and now they can just deploy this really next to their SAP system in the same Azure region, in the same, um, um, network, as you said.

So, so I think this, this is really, really something that, um, I guess a lot of customers are, are very much interested in, to have this, this flexibility, to have a great design time, but then also really have a local, um, runtime that is very close to the, to the, to the SAP system.

Great.

Now, some of the more technical areas was interesting.

Previously, we had our own middleware team and all of a sudden we've got BTP and CPI.

So the COE team now had to learn that.

Our security team had to come up to speed with what's an FUE.

SAP Business AI handles speech-to-text.

SAP BTP orchestrates the workflow.

SAP Fiori provides an intuitive user interface.

SAP Build Process Automation enforces approvals and governance.

We did some closing optimizations, because we have some extractors that play for an external system to do all our closing process and they were a little slow in the ECC and we made an optimization for them within this four-month window.

We put some of the first features in the BTP, we put a logistic cockpit, made an on-time and full report, even using IA in the BTP, inside this window.

We also implemented the cash flow, the credit was already foreseen in the original project, but we had an important four-month window to optimize it, which was new.

So we made these types of improvements in this four-month window that we recalculated within the project's schedule.
