And there's still a chance that they're going to do one here in Spokane.

I worked on the Augusta 119s there.

And that was really interesting because I worked one week on Sandpoint, one week on Coeur d'Alene, and then one week off.

And I had an off-sider who I was really fortunate to work with.

He kind of worked me through because it was pretty much You know, they give you a week of training and then they send you out there.

But we're siloed in our area.

So he doesn't...

Him in Portland, Oregon doesn't exactly know our struggles in snowy, windy Sandpoint, Idaho or... another place right so he would hear our concerns and sometimes it would result in a change or maybe it was just a really small internal uh procedure that we implemented at that particular base uh due to our unique situations and so i realized okay there there is room for improvement you don't just have to sit back and complain like there is places to improve I also had a crew chief a long time ago who he would hear any problem you wanted to bring as long as you brought an idea of a solution.

It didn't have to be the right one.

So it, this all leads to a beautiful story which is really sets the, the theme for the rest of our around the world trip with strangers coming to our aid, starting with Sheffy there, and the next was Neil and Linda in, uh, Sandpoint, Idaho, who took us in, uh, for a while until it became apparent that I had to go back to Canada for my medical system [laughs] and heal my wrist.

But it was really, it was a mental process because, of course, I had all those people, those naysayers in the background like, "Oh, that bike's too big for you.

You, you're not gonna be, you don't even know how to ride, like you're not gonna be able to get around the world." And you know, it's, uh, it was mostly people on social media saying stuff like that.
